Art Gallery of Calgary to feature Queer Theatre Creation Ensemble in future online exhibition

Third Street’s Queer Theatre Creation Ensemble had the opportunity to be photographed and sketched for a future mixed media online exhibition going up on the Art Gallery of Calgary’s website.

Everyone involved in the Ensemble was interviewed on February 16th by Steve Gin, head of AGC school programs. Meanwhile artist Rylan Broadbent photographed and sketched each member as they shared their reactions and parallel experiences in response to the current AGC exhibit ‘Off The Beaten Path’ and specifically the comment tree about prevention of violence against women.

The ‘Off The Beaten Path’ exhibition runs until March 9, 2013 and entrance is by donation.

We are so grateful to Steve Gin & Rylan Broadbent for including us in this exhibition and to the AGC for their community involvement and support of Third Street.
